Phil Dunster Joins Us To Discuss Season 2 of “Ted Lasso”

Phil Dunster

Phil Dunster is about as far as a person can be from the character he plays on Ted Lasso. Jamie Tartt is for lack of a better way to frame, an egotistical jerk. On the surface, there’s really no way anyone should find him likable but as the first season progresses, we begin to see that it’s all for show. Tartt is in many ways as insecure as his teammates. Dunster’s character is what he thinks the public wants him to be. What we do so at the end of 1st season is his persona begins to unravel ever so slowly. Fans then begin to see that Jamie is just a man who is lost.

Season 2 of Ted Lasso builds on this storyline and we were lucky enough to speak with Dunster about what the fans should expect in this new season.
